Hqe2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

Registering more than one account may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without any compensation.

Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing account access with third parties.
- Providing false information during registration.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity or manipulation of the platform.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
3. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the hqe2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods, including online banking, local bank transfers, and supported e-wallets.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank or payment account details they register are accurate and in their own name. hqe2 does not accept payments made on behalf of third parties. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using a third-party account may result in account suspension and further review.
Withdrawal processing times are subject to hqe2's internal policies and may require identity verification before funds are released. hqe2 reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

Hqe2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, hqe2 reserves the right to withhold any remaining credit balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Users who are dissatisfied with the decision may contact our support team to request a review.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the hqe2 platform — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphic designs, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of hqe2 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any part of such content without prior written consent from hqe2.
